Salmon, a Healthy Choice

As we are sure you know, Salmon in particular and fatty fish sorts in general are good for your health, rich in Omega-3 good fats that reduce inflammations in our bodies that are considered one of the main causes for Heart disease, Diabetes and Arthritis.

Health authorities the world over advise eating fatty fish at least twice a week.
